Zander was diagnosed with Philadelphia Chromosome Positive ALL when he was just 3 years old.
He went through a very difficult time with high dose chemotherapy for 3 years and 9 days of cranial radiation. Still now, at age 10, Zander goes for blood work every 6 months to make sure he is still in the clear. He is struggling making friends right now due to his ADHD, anxiety disorder, and he was recently diagnosed with high functioning autism.
Zander has been through a lot in his life and he’s only 10 years old. He has been separated from family, sent his dad off on 2 deployments to Afghanistan plus multiple trainings, moved across the country, and will be making another cross country move sometime this year. He is strong and SO courageous!
