On Saturday, March 21, more than 500 generous supporters, Courageous Families, and over 100 dedicated volunteers gathered at the Grand Ballroom of the Disneyland Hotel for an unforgettable evening.

This year’s NEGU Gala – A Night of Celebration & Inspiration marked a special milestone—15 Years of JOY—as we reflected on where it all began, celebrated the incredible impact made over the years, and shared an exciting glimpse of what lies ahead.

Because of the generosity of our sponsors—led by Gold Sponsor Forge—and the greater NEGU community, the evening’s success will allow us to deliver encouragement to over 480 additional Courageous Families over the next 18 months, each receiving ongoing reminders to NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

Throughout the evening, guests experienced powerful firsthand stories of hope, resilience, and the impact of JOY in the lives of children fighting cancer and their families.

As Jameson’s Courageous Mom, Noelle, shared:
“NEGU has taught our son that kindness is powerful, that joy is contagious, and that his story can one day help someone else feel brave.”

The evening left guests inspired and uplifted, united in the knowledge that their support ensures more Courageous Kids and families feel seen, supported, and less alone in their fight.
