The Jessie Rees Foundation Mobile JoyFactory celebrated a successful school year of partnership with the George Washington Student-Athlete Advisory Committee by visiting them on campus and stuffing JOY! About 80 student-athletes and GW staff worked together to stuff 500 JoyJars for Courageous Kids fighting cancer. The George Washington Studen Athlete Advisory Committee began a partnership with the Jessie Rees Foundation in the fall and raised almost $12,000 via donations and fundraising events. The GW student-athletes have also made several visits to local hospitals to distribute jars over the course of the year!
