Every year, Capistrano Valley High School hosts a Courageous Kid as Honorary Captain for their Homecoming Game. They always do an incredible job and this year was no different!
When Dempsey (one of the coolest kids ever) arrived, he and his family were given the VIP treatment! He met the team for practice and then attended the big game, where he walked out with the captains for the coin toss. Dempsey and his brother got to hang out with the team all night, meet the Homecoming Queen, and there were even signs made just for him. How awesome is all of that?
Courageous Kids love these very special Sports Adventures, and seeing all the joy, love, and hope it brings them.
