Nurses are so essential to our healthcare system as they provide a special type of care to their patients that no other medical professional does. Working with their patients, doctors, families and other professionals, nurses are often at the heart of a patients treatment and hospital experience. Nurses provide medical services, emotional support, comfort and so much more.
