The Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving Team at Concordia University Irvine arrived to their National Championships in Oklahoma ready to compete, ready to bring home awards and ready to spread a very important message, NEGU- Never Ever Give Up.
NEGU the personal motto of Jessie Rees during her courageous 10-month fight with cancer. Jessie’s message of hope and perseverance not only became the words of strength to thousands of kids fighting cancer, but countless sports clubs and teams also adopted Jessie’s NEGU message on the field and in their every day lives.
