Do you have “Thanksgiving” in Heaven? No matter if you do or don’t, I’m so thankful for the days I had with you here on earth as your daddy. Those are days I will forever cherish. Thankfully God used a song on this TV show called The Voice to remind me I can still cherish each day with you even when you are not physically here. The song that was performed is by a country band called Lonestar. The title of the song is…I’m Already There. The chorus goes…

You are already here Jessie…I just need to “take a look around” more. You are the sunshine in my hair and the shadow on the ground. You are the whisper in the wind and my imaginary friend. You are always in my prayers…because you are already here!!!
I’m so glad this song was sung…the words ministered to my soul so much. I know I will have good and bad days ahead but I can choose to “take a look around” everyday of my life.
Thankful for you, miss you so much and LOVE YOU more than words or songs could ever describe.
