My Jessie Journal:: Hi Sweet Pea, it’s daddy! I found this video of you on my phone this morning. Dang I miss your voice, your laugh and your presence so much. I just keep playing it over and over and over. It also reminded me of your NEGU spirit. You loved swimming so much but the cancer presented you from it so you just played in the Jacuzzi.
This one video was you trying to stay on top of a small kick board…you kept trying and trying but your body chance was off so you would just fall off. Instead of getting mad or sad…you just kept trying and laughing. The video also reminded me of how we had to keep you covered up due to the drugs you were on making your skin so sensitive to sun. That was so not you…you loved the sun and always had one of the best tans. I remember parents on your swim team would always comment on your “tan”.
Well I’m going to stop writing so I can keep watching you…it helps me feel your spirit and remember your sounds so much. I still can’t believe it’s been 5 years…I MISS YOU and LOVE YOU soooooooooooooo much!
