7 year old Kiel Lampman was diagnosed with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of pediatric cancer in October 2014, right after he turned six years old. Since his diagnosis, Kiel has been poked, prodded and experienced both chemo and radiation treatments – most recently being told by doctors there is nothing more that they can do. But he isn’t giving up, Kiel is courageous and fights battles like a warrior – he is an “Avenger!”
Kiel is also buddies with a fellow Avenger, Iron Man, here he is during their first Facetime encounter on July 20. Robert Downey Jr. has made phone calls to check on Kiel’s progress after his recent treatments.
