September 19, 2024
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, a time dedicated to shining a light on the brave children fighting cancer and the families supporting them. You might not know that every day, 46 kids are diagnosed with cancer, a statistic that highlights the urgent need for support and awareness.
One incredible way to make a difference this September is by participating in the iNEGU Challenge, a simple yet impactful initiative by the Jessie Rees Foundation. NEGU, which stands for “Never Ever Give Up,” is dedicated to bringing hope and joy to children fighting cancer. The iNEGU Challenge is an inspiring call to action that encourages people from all over to join together to make a difference during September’s childhood cancer awareness month.
How to take the iNEGU Challenge?
1. Write “I NEGU” on your hands to show kids fighting cancer that you care
2. Be as creative as you want – use gloves, fun/foam hands… anything you choose
3. Share a photo on social media with #iNEGU
OR
1. Show your support for kids fighting cancer with an “I NEGU DO YOU?” sign
2. Print one below or make your own fun sign
3. Share a photo of your sign on social media with #iNEGU
Make a Difference Today
By participating in the iNEGU Challenge, you honor the legacy of Jessie by encouraging even more kids fighting cancer to Never Ever Give Up. Each photo you post leads to a $25 donation in your honor, sending a JoyJar to a brave child fighting cancer. Embrace the challenge, inspire others, and show these kids they are not alone.
