Godric is a 2 year old little boy who was diagnosed with A-L-L leukemia on Monday, December 3, 2018. A-L-L leukemia is also known as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), is a type of cancer in which the bone marrow makes too many immature lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell).

At just two-years-old, he is a sweet, loving, strong, and brave little boy who loves car rides, playing in water, cars, and coloring. His favorite things are Cars 3, Iron man, Avengers, PJ masks, and Puppy Dog Pals. When Godric first received his JoyJar® in the mail, his mom says, “he thought it was really cool, it came with a hat and socks that he hardly ever takes off now.”

On his Facebook page, they discuss the road ahead, “The treatment plan for Godric is to undergo chemotherapy treatment which was started on December 6, 2018, and has gone well. Although this young man does have a long road ahead of him. The plan so far, is to have chemo treatments daily for the first few weeks, while staying in the hospital. Moving forward Godric will be able to go home, and receive out-patient treatment.”

To Godric’s family, Jessie’s Never Ever Give Up motto has become their family motto too, “NEGU is our family motto. This road will be tough but giving up is not an option. We will get through this together and we will never ever give up.”
