The Jessie Rees Foundation has teamed up with Ava’s Kitchen to send Courageous Families on a Breakaway Adventure to Disneyland so they can have fun, create lasting memories and “breakaway” from their cancer treatments. These experiences are for families that have a child under the age 18 that is actively fighting cancer.

At this time, Breakaway Adventures are limited to Courageous Families living in California who are nominated by either their oncologist, nurse or child life specialist. To nominate a Courageous Family for a three day trip to Disneyland please fill out the form below. All nominees will be contacted by the Jessie Rees Foundation to plan their Breakaway Adventure.

PLEASE NOTE: If your hospital has nominated a family within the last two months your nomination might not be accepted so we can help families from other parts of California.
