Five years ago, San Francisco was saved by ‘Batkid’, a 5-year-old boy named Miles Scott. Batkid was granted his dream by the Make-a-Wish Foundation. 10,000 people chanted “Batkid! Batkid! Batkid!” throughout San Francisco to make his dreams come true – and he truly thought he was Batkid!
A Lamborghini was decked out to resemble the Batmobile and Miles aka ‘Batkid’ was driven around town as an elaborate set of staged scenes played out involving cops, firefighters, cable cars, bad guys and special effects.
The good news for Miles was good news was just getting started that day… we are proud to report that Miles is now 10 and his leukemia is in remission! His daily visits with doctors are down to once a year, and five years since his epic adventure, he is now cancer free!
WE NEGU FOR MILES!
