Every single day, 46 children in the United States are diagnosed with cancer.
It’s the leading cause of disease-related death among kids and teens. The most common diagnoses include leukemia, brain and central nervous system tumors, and lymphomas.
That’s why the Jessie Rees Foundation is committed to spreading joy and hope to every Courageous Kid fighting cancer—and we won’t stop until there’s a cure!
This September, we invite YOU to join our mission during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by participating in the iNEGU 46 Challenge. Whether through giving, sharing, or moving—everyone can do something!

Choose from 3 fun ways to show kids fighting cancer that you NEGU (NEVER EVER GIVE UP) for them.
Raise Awareness on Social Media
- Write “I NEGU” on your right hand and “46” on your left
- Take a photo and post it to social media
- Tag 4 friends and challenge them to do the same
- Use hashtag: #iNEGU46
- Or print/make an “iNEGU 46” sign (download here)

- Run or walk 46 miles within the month
- Hold a wall squat for 46 seconds
- Give up sugar for 46 days
- Do 46 push-ups in a day
