Every child diagnosed with cancer deserves the support and encouragement to NEGU. In an effort to support and encourage these Courageous Kids and their families, the Jessie Rees Foundation focuses on developing relationships with everyone they meet. This growing relationship helps ensure Jessie’s wish to “help every child fighting cancer Never Ever Give Up,” is being fulfilled.

Rilynn is an 11 yr old little girl who was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Feb 19th, 2016 at 9:03 AM. Rilynn is a true inspiration to her family, she is so brave and still worries about others and puts them before herself upon her diagnose she was still more concerned about her mom and the rest of her family being sad that when the Dr. asked if she had any concerns and she said her only one was that she didn’t want her family to be sad.

Rilynn loves crafting, making slime, spending time with family and friends. NEGU means the world to Rilynn and her family. It means that even though some have never met them, there are always people there to lend a listening ear.

When she got her JoyJar, Rilynn had a smile a mile wide. She was so happy and thrilled that she can relate to others as she knows she isn’t facing this alone. It brightens Rilynns day every time she receives a package and restores her faith that she isn’t alone!!
