My Jessie Journal:: Aloha Sweet Pea…it’s daddy! Yep, we are on our annual vacation to Hawaii and missing you SO much. We never could afford going to Hawaii as a family but then those super nice people gave us their home when you were fighting cancer to have a family vacation. Ever sense that trip with you we have saved to make this yearly trip as a family. In some strange way we feel closer to you here. I loved this picture of you and the dolphins….your smile…WOW, how I miss it. I miss you!!!!
I was really thinking about you last week at church. We sang this song that said…”You’re never going to let me down.” It was so hard to sing because this daddy feels the big guy did let me down…I know He has a much bigger plan but I’m not a fan of the shrapnel it has left in our lives. I hated seeing you have to fight cancer and I hate seeing what it has done to mommy, shaya and JT. We will preserve because that’s what Rees’ do…just so hard!
Dang…tears on our first day of vacation. I got to go Jess before mommy wakes up. Love you so much…
