Applied Medical and Jessie Rees Foundation: Partnering to Spread Courage and
Compassion in Healthcare

The Jessie Rees Foundation is honored to partner with local, national and global
Compassionate Companies who value the importance of encouraging Courageous
Kids and families to Never Ever Give Up! As a new generation medical device
company, Applied Medical is committed to improving the accessibility and
affordability of high-quality healthcare globally. Not only are they doing great
work, they are also giving back to their community and have partnered with the
Jessie Rees Foundation since 2012!
A longtime NEGU partner, Applied Medical invited the Jessie Rees Foundation to
participate in their Community Resources Expo and share Jessie’s story. The event
was hosted to connect their team members to local organizations offering
education, services, programs, and other resources.
The Community Resource Expo was a wonderful opportunity for businesses, non-
profit foundations, and other organizations to showcase and spread the word
about the work we do at the Jessie Rees Foundation to their 3,800 Applied
Medical team members! The team members showed up excited to learn more
about our organization and share stories about their past involvement with
NEGU. There were dozens of booths, food trucks and fun music throughout the
day for attendees to enjoy.
One Applied team member said, “We LOVE our partnership with NEGU!”
We are fortunate to spread JOY to Courageous Kids and families around the world
