The Santa Stroll is a community tradition in Orange County where families, friends, teams, and neighbors come together for a meaningful holiday experience. This year, participants can also make an even greater impact by creating a personal fundraising page to support kids fighting cancer. Everyone gathers at the Santa Margarita Catholic High School track on December 14 from 4 to 6 pm to stroll for forty six minutes in honor of the forty six kids who hear the words “you have cancer” every single day. The event kicks off with check in and festive photo spots, then moves into the main stroll where people walk or run the track in their most spirited holiday attire. Afterward, everyone enjoys hot chocolate, treats, more photos, and a meet and greet with a special holiday guest. It is family friendly, memory making, and designed to bring people together for a greater purpose.

If you cannot attend in person or want to amplify your impact, you can create your own fundraising page and invite friends and family to support your efforts. Registration comes with a confirmation email and simple tools to help you share Jessie’s story and spread the word. A suggested donation of twenty five dollars helps send joy and encouragement to kids fighting cancer, and the top ten personal fundraisers who raise at least one thousand dollars will receive a one hundred dollar gift card. Whether you show up on the track or support from elsewhere, every step and every share helps deliver joy, spark smiles, and remind Courageous Kids to never ever give up.
