Our very own NEGU All-Star Kelyn Rowe was named Humanitarian of the Year for the New England Revolution Soccer team the second straight season for promoting childhood cancer awareness! Rowe serves as an ambassador for the Jessie Rees Foundation, where he helps to continue Jessie’s mission to ensure every child fighting cancer has the resources they need to “Never Ever Give Up.”
This year, Rowe launched his own charitable program at Revs’ home games called “Kelyn’s NEGU Crew” with assistance from the Revolution Charitable Foundation. Each “Kelyn’s NEGU Crew” experience gave a Courageous Kid battling cancer a chance to join Rowe for a postgame walk around the field to thank the fans! Kelyn has an amazing heart for Courageous Kids fighting cancer and truly helps to put a smile on their faces during their fight.
