My Jessie Journal:: Hi Sweet Pea, it’s daddy. It’s 5am and I’m writing from my hotel room in Arizona. We are here stuffing 1,250 JoyJars with BlueCross Blue Shield today. They JoyJars are going to all the courageous kids in this state. WOW! The global team is heading home today after spreading JOY in Osaka, Singapore, Dubai and London. You asked mommy and I to “encourage EVERY kid” so we are doing all we can. We are closing in on 250,000 JoyJars stuffed and sent…all because of YOU!!! You inspire me everyday Jess!!!

I finally finished my message notes for Christine’s Celebration of Life service on Saturday morning. It wasn’t the easiest thing to do but I’m honored to officiate her special service on behalf of her family. I hope you and Christine are hanging out together=).

You big sister Shaya got to speak yesterday to 1,400 employees at this big conference in Anaheim and had a standing ovation!!! They all participated in this really cool challenge where they had to find JoyJars in the hotel and take pictures with them. She LOVES being your sister and sharing your story. It never gets old…it helps all of us deal with the grief. I just love this picture of the two of you!!!

I can’t believe in 11 days I will be 50 years old. I don’t feel 50 but I have to say my gray hair is making me look 50=). I used to think 50 sounded so old…LOL. If I remain in good health that means I only have 25-30 more years until I get to be with you again forever….that will be a great day!!!

The team is also getting ready for the Santa Stroll coming up on December 9th at Santa Margarita HS. That’s the school JT attends and you would have attended=(. Still crazy to think about that you would be a sophomore in college right now. I still think about what subject you would be focusing on.

Jess, I got to go and start setting up with the team. I love you more everyday and miss you more everyday…can’t wait to see you in a “wink”.

xoxo
daddy
