Xavier was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia right before his 3rd birthday in 2014.  He tripped out on the playground, took a nap and woke up limping.  After a week of frustrations, some x-rays, and finally some blood work, It was finally confirmed that Xavier had leukemia.  Although it was hard to bare, his family says they now know how VERY lucky Xavier was. He was diagnosed with the “best of the worst” his mom says.  Xavier is going on his third year of treatment, and his entire family is happy and excited to say he will be done with treatment in December 2017!  YAY!

Xavier loves to staying active by being outdoors.  When he isn’t driving his power wheels police car around the house with his brother, he participates in ice hockey, soccer, t-ball, and swim.  Xavier also loves being at the beach!  He is a happy and sweet boy.  His mom says, “You can’t help but smile when your around him.  He loves to make people laugh!  With his amazing attitude and positive out look for life, Xavier has made this tough journey easier to bare.”
